Forward Ever Inclusive Education CIC played a crucial role in our inaugural funding application last year, guiding us through the process with their robust expertise. Forward Ever Inclusive Education CIC has been instrumental in providing consultancy and training support to the Holistic Wellbeing Hub over the past 12 months. Their experience and contributions have been pivotal in developing our organisational infrastructure matrix, which is gradually streamlining our operational processes. Forward Ever Inclusive Education CIC has been proactively responsible for creating comprehensive Holistic Wellbeing Hub job descriptions, ensuring clarity and alignment within our team. Additionally, Forward Ever Inclusive Education CIC has supported the onboarding interviews for several of our potential new team members and is currently in the process of developing our structured onboarding procedure, ensuring a seamless integration for new recruits. Furthermore, Forward Ever Inclusive Education CIC consistent attendance in our weekly virtual meetings has been invaluable, offering constructive feedback and direction that have significantly propelled our organisational growth.
