Course Overview
It is easy to blame others for negative outcomes in your life and in general people have a tendency to look for scapegoats to absolve themselves of blame. Blaming others is tantamount to threatening yourself with your own insecurities.
This course is aimed at helping individuals to come to terms with their own short-comings it highlights the importance of reflection, addresses denial and being responsible for the choices You make and the impact those choices have.
