Where we began…
After a long career of working with at-risk young people and their families, our Founder-CEO, David, noticed that young people who were excluded from school often ended up in the Secure Estate. It was evident that there was an unhealthy correlation. So, David created an initiative to address the needs of children and young people in school environments and change this negative narrative.
Where we are now…
Ever since, we have been committed to challenging current education structures and advocating for education reform that creates equitable learning opportunities for all children and young people. We provide consultation, training, projects, and programs that have a positive impact on children, young people, vulnerable groups and marginalised communities, helping them realise their full potential.
Meet Our CEO
David Williams is a dedicated youth advocate and community champion with over 30 years of experience in youth justice, social care, education, and community work. His career has been marked by a deep commitment to developing accredited learning programs that uplift and empower marginalised communities.
David’s experience includes developing a borough-wide youth crime prevention strategy and delivering national contracts integrating youth work principles into community-based sports initiatives. As a mentor, he has guided emerging leaders in London’s social care sector, sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience. Whether in youth work, training, development, or education, his insights into delivering meaningful change are profound and practical.
